Prepare the Inventory and meet the tenants at the property on the day they move in to go through the findings of the inventory

End of tenancy report to note any differences in condition when compared with the Inventory & Check In report

Mid Term Inspections: From £95 (prices available on request)

Price includes 1 Bathroom, 1Reception, 1 Kitchen, 1 Hallway/Landing and Small Balcony as standard

Extra Rooms: £10 per additional room (listed spearately on report) including but not exclusively:

Bathroom Cellar Conservatory Cloakroom Dressing Room Front Approach
Garage Garden Garden Shed Gym Inner Hallway Patio/Outside Space
Reception Roof Terrace Shower Room Studio Study Utility Wet Room
Fully Furnished Properties: Additional cost £25
for example: Excessive cutlery & crockery/utensils
Excessive soft furnishings/miscellaneous items

Sundays & Bank Holidays: £25 surcharge: Studio - 3 Bed
£50 surcharge: 4 Bed - 6 Bed+

Cancellations: £50 for attending property without prior notice of cancellation
​
Late Check In by Tenant: £20 (20 - 40 minutes - Clerk will not wait after 40 minutes)
​
Reports will be emailed within 48 hours of completion of inspection
The landlord/tenant will have 7 days to make any requests for amendments/changes to the report
Any changes will be noted in the form of an addendum (supporting phtographic evidence is required)

Payment Terms
Private Landlords: within 48 hours of completion of inspection, prior to receipt of report
Corporate Clients with established partnerships: within 30 days of date of invoice
